Resort House Rules
Kindly read our resort house rules
- For Overnight stays, the standard check-in time is 2:00 pm, and check-out time is 12:00 noon the following day.
- Checking of guests’ vehicles before check-in shall be done for head counts and other security purposes.
- Please secure your belongings. The management will not be held liable for any loss or damage.
- Smoke in designated area. San Felipe, Zambales is a smoke-free zone. Corresponding penalties and fines will be applied as violations. Smoking is strictly prohibited in public places. NO SMOKING inside the guest room.
- Illegal weapons and drugs are strictly prohibited inside the resort.
- Free parking for in-house guests. Park at your own risk.
- Please take care of yourself. In case of injury, the management will not be held responsible for any cost of medical or emergency care rendered to the guest. However, the management has an available first aid kit.
- NO SWIMMING beyond 6pm as per San Felipe LGU & Coastguard. Swimming under the influence of liquor or alcohol is strictly prohibited. Corresponding penalties and fines will be applied as violations. Management will not be held liable for any injury or accident that may happen as a result of this.
- No loud noises from 10 pm to 8 am on weekdays (Sunday to Friday) and 12 am to 8am on Saturdays. Please be respectful to other guests staying in the resort by keeping the noise to a minimum level. We discourage bringing in speakers/karaoke machines.
- Tent Pitching and Bonfire at the beach area are not allowed.
- Cooking and Grilling at the beachfront, inside the room, and on the balcony are not allowed. We have a designated area for cooking (common kitchen w/ Gas Stove Rental of 5oophp.) and grilling. Penalties will be applied. Also, bring your own utensils/kitchen or cooking wares.
- Please surrender your room key upon check-out and wait at least 3- 5 minutes for clearing. The lost key will be charged 50ophp.
- Lost and Found items will be kept only for 3 months from the date found and will be disposed of if left unclaimed. Important documents like passports, IDs, etc. will be kept until claimed.
- All water activities like ATV, Surfing, & Banana Boat are outsourced. Any accidents or untoward incidents happened by engaging with them, Limliwa Beach Resort will not be held liable.
- Park at your own risk. Free parking for In-House guests.
- Upon check-in, a WAIVER OF LIABILITY & AGREEMENT must be signed for our safety & security.
