A refundable security deposit of Php1,000.00 cash per room is collected on arrival to cover any possible loss or damage, and returned upon check out subject to room inspection.

1. Limliwa Beach Resort will allow only one-time free re-booking and must be within 6 Months from your original travel date.
   – REBOOKING made within 7 days from arrival date will be charged 20% of the total deposit.
   – No REBOOKING within 3 days prior to your arrival hence, it will be forfeited.

2. Limliwa does not allow the downgrading of rooms, but we allow the upgrading of room(s). Rooms are subject to availability.

4. Cancellations due to Bad weather or Acts of God and situations beyond our control can be rebooked. If the guest decides to cancel and not rebook, 30% of the total room rate quoted will be charged. Please allow us seven (7) Banking days to return back your balance.

Our resort generally allows guests to bring personal and family pets with them during their stay provided pet owners ensure that their pets are toilet trained or always provided with animal diapers and the like. Dogs and other similar pets must be properly leashed when on resort grounds.

Unfortunately, we do not allow bonfire inside and outside the resort premises including the beach area.

No. We are not on the island. We are located on the mainland of San Felipe, Zambales.

From Cubao/Pasay/Caloocan/Pampanga(San Fernando or Dau):

Ride a Victory Liner Bus bound to Olongapo or Zambales (Iba/Santa Cruz). Get off at San Felipe Public Market or “Bayan ng San Felipe”. From there, ride a tricycle going to Limliwa Beach Resort. You may ask for assistance from the bus driver or “konduktor”. Tricycle fare ranges from 80-150 pesos depending on the number of passengers.
