Kindly read our resort house rules
- For Overnight stays, the standard check-in time is 2:00 pm, and check-out time is 12:00 noon the following day.
- Checking of guests’ vehicles before check-in shall be done for head counts and other security purposes.
- Please secure your belongings. The management will not be held liable for any loss or damage.
- San Felipe, Zambales is a smoke-free zone. Corresponding penalties and fines will be applied as violations. Smoking is strictly prohibited in public places. NO SMOKING inside the guest room. Smoke in designated area.
- Illegal weapons and drugs are strictly prohibited inside the resort.
- In case of injury, the management will not be held responsible for any cost of medical or emergency care rendered to the guest. However, the management has an available first aid kit. Please take care of yourself.
- NO SWIMMING beyond 6 pm as per San Felipe LGU & Coastguard. Swimming under the influence of liquor or alcohol is strictly prohibited. Corresponding penalties and fines will be applied as violations. Management will not be held liable for any injury or accident that may happen as a result of this.
- Please be respectful to other guests staying in the resort by keeping the noise to a minimum in public areas. No loud noises from 10 pm to 8 am.
- Tent Pitching and Bonfires at the beach area are not allowed. We have a designated area for Camping/Tent Pitching.
- Cooking and Grilling at the beachfront, inside the room, and on the balcony are not allowed. We have a designated area for cooking (common kitchen) and grilling. Penalties will be applied.
- Please surrender your room key upon check-out and wait at least 3- 5 minutes for clearing. The lost key will be charged 500php.
- Lost and Found items will be kept only for 3 months from the date found and will be disposed of if left unclaimed. Important documents like passports, IDs, etc. will be kept until claimed.
- For in-house guests, beach umbrellas & bean bags are free to use while open cottages or picnic huts are for Day-Tour guests from 6 am to 6 pm. You can only use the picnic huts if there are no day tour guests.
- Park at your own risk. Free parking for In-House guests.
- Upon check-in, a WAIVER OF LIABILITY & AGREEMENT must be signed for the safety & security of both parties.
