Payment Policy and Cancellation Terms & Conditions
A 50% deposit of your total amount/due is required to secure your booking THRU OUR PAYMENT CHANNELS: G-Cash and BDO Unibank
1. Limliwa Beach Resort does not allow REFUNDS but we can rebook the booking.
2. Limliwa Beach Resort will allow only one-time free re-booking and must be within 6 Months from your 8 and must be original travel date.REBOOKING must be made at least 7 days or 1 week before arrival date.*Rebooking made within 4 to 6 days prior to arrival will be charged 20% of the total deposit.No REBOOKING shall be made within 3 days prior to your arrival hence, it will be forfeited.
3. NO DOWNGRADING OF ROOM/S. We only allow upgrading of rooms but must be advised atleast 7 days prior to Arrival.
4. Cancellations due to bad weather or Acts of God and situations beyond our control can be rebooked twice (2) free of charge. NO REFUND.
5. “No Show” means FORFEITED.
CANCELLATION POLICY
IMPORTANT NOTE: Reservations made without a payment deposit will be automatically canceled or deleted in our system after SIX (6) HOURS from the time you made the booking/s.

IMPORTANT NOTES:
1. Failure to respond our messages for confirmation and failure to update us on the day of your arrival date until 2pm, your room will be automatically canceled and will be open and available to other guests.
2. For late arrivals (2pm onwards), a full payment will be required. Please advise us ahead of time if you are arriving late or later than our check-in time (2pm).
